These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all access and use of our website at rapidxus.com (“Site”) and the mobile diagnostic services (“Services”) we provide. Use of our Site or Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We deliver mobile diagnostics such as X‑ray, echocardiogram, ultrasound, EKG, vascular imaging, and vascular access services to clients in skilled living facilities, assisted living, home‑bound and institutional settings in New York, New Jersey, and Florida 

3. User Eligibility

You represent and warrant you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right to enter into these Terms. Services are only provided upon valid physician order.

4. Appointment Booking & Scheduling

  • Service requests begin with a valid doctor’s order submitted via our online portal or form.

  • We will contact you to schedule the exam as promptly as possible.

  • While we aim to accommodate urgent and out‑of‑hours requests (e.g. legal holidays, overnight), actual scheduling is subject to availability and logistics.

5. Payment, Billing & Insurance

  • Clients are responsible for payment of Services unless direct arrangements exist with a medical facility or insurer.

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card or other electronic methods on file.

  • Insurance claims will be submitted where applicable, but you remain responsible for copays, deductibles, or unpaid balances.

6. Report Generation & Result Delivery

  • Diagnostic results and imaging reports will be transmitted directly to the ordering physician via our secure portal.

  • We do not guarantee specific turnaround times, but typically deliver results promptly 

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We collect and process health and personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws (e.g. HIPAA in the U.S.). Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference, outlines how data is collected, used, stored, and shared.

8. Cancellations & No‑Show Policy

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid fees.

  • No‑show or late cancellations may incur up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

  • Our Services do not constitute medical advice; interpretation of diagnostic results is the responsibility of the referring physician.

  • Rapidx provides diagnostics “as‑is”. We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • In no event will Rapidx be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from provision of Services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, and images—is owned by Rapidx or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without express permission.
